Our carer was extremely polite and was very amenable to our needs. He was employed to help our 100th birthday celebrations just in case he was needed but he went further than we expected and was very kind to the small children as well as fulfilling his caring role. The carers who visit my dad treat him with care and respect. Always friendly and helpful, as much as they can they arrive on the time agreed and contact me if they can’t get there. The only thing I could ask is if they have time to do a few extra things for Dad, maybe cut his fingernails or help him shave. Thank you for all your help.”
